Guidelines for
Submitting Materials 
The Nunda Historical
Society encourages you to share photographs, documents, and other
local history materials relating to the Nunda Area through nundahistory.org.
Here are some possible items to consider:
  - images of people and
  places in Nunda and the surrounding area
  
 - family letters and
  diary entries relating to the area
  
 - short manuscripts on
  local history items
  
 - documents and other
  primary sources
  
 - membership lists of
  early area organizations
 
Please find below the
basic guidelines for submitting these materials.
  - Contributors are encouraged
  to submit items via email. Here are some things to remember:
  
    - images should be in
    .jpg or .gif; scan in gray scale if possible; keep the dpi to
    70-90 range. 
    We can resize it if necessary.
     - save word processing
    documents in .rtf (rich text format) if possible. Files saved
    in .doc are okay.
    
 - attach to email 
  
 
   - Please contact us before
  you send material. We may already have the material or have special
  instructions.
  
 - Please include labeling
  and the source of the material when ever possible. For images
  you can include this in the body of the email.
  
 - You can use the following

 - Please do not send
  copyrighted material unless you have identified it as such.
 
The Nunda Historical
Society and nundahistory.org reserves the right to review, edit,
or reject any or all materials. Contributors will receive credit
for the materials on the web page unless otherwise requested.
We are not responsible for any original materials that are sent.
